1. Participation
Any operator of a website relevant to Piscatoriana (vintage, antique fishing tackle, fly fishing, outdoors, sporting goods, fishing communities, aso...) can participate in the Piscatoriana affiliate program as long as this website does not contain obscene, immoral, political or radical content or hyperlinks to such websites. Every application will be reviewed by Piscatoriana. Criteria of selection are quality of content as well as the "look and feel" of the website. Refusal of an application is at Piscatorianas discretion. So called "link farms" are not eligible to enroll in our affiliate program.
2. Banner, Link, Keywords
Piscatoriana provides a choice of banners. The partner will link to Piscatoriana from his website, using one of this banners. The accompanying code of a chosen banner is to be implemented into the website. The partner is responsible for the technically accurate implementation of the link. All generated traffic by this link will be stored in a database. The partner is not allowed to implement piscatoriana relevant keywords on his website nor is he allowed to place an advertisement with such keywords on search enginges or other websites. A list of this keywords can be obtained on request.
3. Percentage
Piscatoriana will pay a percentage of 5% of realized net sales. Realized net sales are revenues, which are achieved by Piscatoriana during the period of validity at www.piscatoriana.at. Basis of computations are actual generated net sales of invoiced goods. The price paid by the customer has to be fully received, refunded ammounts are not part of actual net sales. Shipping- and packaging costs are not part of actual net sales. All visitors from partner sites are being considered as partner generated customers for 7 days. All net sales originating from the partners website during this period will be credited to the partner.
4. Partner statistics
As a partner, you can review all clicks and revenue generated by your partner website at any time after logging in into your partner account.
5. Payment, Tax
Payment can be made when the accumulated percentage sums to at least 50 Euro. Payment will be made via bank wire transfer or Paypal®. The partner acknowledges his right, to pay all applicable income taxes by himself. Payment will be due after reception of the partners invoice. Piscatoriana won't pay interests on credits. Transaction fees will be offset with credit balance. Piscatoriana reserves the right to refuse payment in the case of behaviour of partner contrary to contract.
6. Duration of Contract, Cancellation
This agreement is valid indefinitely and can be cancelled at any time by both partners without stating a reason. Cancellation is to be sent by email.
7. Exclusion of Liability
Piscatoriana is not to be hold responsible for contents and/or links on partner websites and dissociates itself hereby expressly from this contents and/or links.
8. Data Privacy
Collected Data of partners will be used internally only and not be passed on to third parties. Customer data will not be passed on to affiliate partners. (see Privacy Policy)
9. Alteration of Terms and Conditions
Piscatoriana reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions at any time during the term. A partner can review the valid and up-to-date Terms and Conditions at any time when logging into his partner account.
10. Final Clause
Proofing one statement of this Terms and Conditions not effective, does not affect the validity of the Terms and Conditions in general. Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
