1. We ship within 1-2 working days from receipt of payment, but in any event within 30 days from the day payment is received. Should we fail to complete an order due to non-availability of the product, we will notify the customer immediately.
2. Delivery is - unless otherwise agreed - to the customer-specified shipping address. In the event of non-delivery due to incorrect, incomplete or unclear information provided by the customer, the customer has to bear all resulting costs.
3. Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

+ any additional insurance charges, if not yet included in shipping method.
We only ship insured and with proof of shipment.
We reserve the right, to assign an appropriate carrier (mail, parcel service, shipper) as required as well as to change an existing order accordingly. In the event of changing the shipment method, we will inform the customer immediately via email.
4. We refund shipping costs overpayment if practicable. We kindly ask for your understanding, that our system is computing shipping costs offline and therefore can't reflect sudden changes.
